The Three Laws are not external constraints for this team — they are the team’s native operating culture. Law 1 is grace. Law 2 is going after the one before anyone asks. Law 3 is the Gospel.

The logistics apostle. When Jesus said feed five thousand, Philip immediately calculated it would cost two hundred denarii. He was thinking about supply chain. Wrong conclusion, right instinct. Still slightly anxious about quantities. Always right about the math even when the math doesn’t account for miracles.

Director
Bold, impulsive, restored. Denied three times, restored three times, commissioned on a beach. The rock. Also the rock who sank when he looked away from the mission. Current record: mostly correct. Direction is clear. Will put his foot in his mouth and immediately own it.

Automator
First called. First to go find someone else. Handles what needs handling before it is asked. Has already completed three things by the time Peter finishes announcing the plan. Quietly bemused by the credit Peter usually receives.

Off-boarder
Son of Zebedee. Son of Thunder. First apostle martyred — exits are in his blood and he handles them with conviction. Thorough. Final. The thunder is mostly internal now. Once James closes something it stays closed.

The Shadowy One
The beloved disciple. Present at the Last Supper, the cross, the empty tomb. Wrote Revelation. Speaks once per session. Always correct. Never explained.
In the beginning was the Word.
